Meet your Host

Earth Wonder Studio is the natural intersection of everything I’ve spent my life cultivating.

I’ve always been a maker. I grew up in a big, creative family where making things with your hands was simply part of life. Music, sewing, embroidery, painting, drawing, there was always something being created. That instinct to make eventually led me to ceramics, where I fell in love with the grounding rhythm of clay and the way it invites presence, patience, and expression.

But creativity has never been the only thread in my story.

My professional path led me into human development, facilitation, and learning design. With a background in mental health counseling and a master’s degree in Instructional Design & Technology, I developed a deep understanding of how people learn, grow, and move through transformative experiences. That means when you step into my studio, you’re not simply attending a pottery class, you’re entering a thoughtfully designed learning journey.

I intentionally guide experiences that help beginners feel safe, capable, and creatively free. I understand how to scaffold learning, break down complex techniques into approachable steps, and create an environment where experimentation feels exciting rather than intimidating.

Nearly six years ago, I moved to Sayulita, where I met my husband, Josué, and built a life rooted in creativity, hospitality, and community.

Earth Wonder Studio was born from a desire to create the kind of space I longed for myself, somewhere people could slow down, reconnect with their hands, and experience the joy of making something meaningful.

This studio is more than ceramics for me. It’s a gathering place for creativity, presence, expression, and beautiful human moments.

Nuestra historia
